Sketch Released For One Suspect In Clinton Hill Sexual Assaults


Cops in the 88th Precinct are still looking for two men who sexually assaulted a woman within an hour of each other in Clinton Hill on Sunday, August 31. While police previously obtained video (below) of Suspect #2, they have just released a sketch of him.

Here is a description of the assaults using information from the NYPD:

The victim was approached by Suspect #1 in front of 187 Gates Avenue (near Irving Place) at approximately 5am, who pushed her onto the ground and sexually assaulted her. Suspect #1 threatened to use a gun, but did not display one. The suspect is described as a roughly 5’7″ tall black or Hispanic man with a light complexion, last seen wearing a red tee shirt and blue jeans.
At approximately 6am, the victim was approached by Suspect #2 in front of 58 Irving Place (around the corner from the first assault), who also pushed her onto the ground, sexually assaulted her, and threatened using a gun but did not display one. The suspect in this incident is described as a roughly 6′ tall, 170 pound black or Hispanic man with a light complexion.
