Seven-Story Single Family House Coming To Parkville Avenue

Newburg, New York-based Issac Laufer filed an application last week to build a seven-story single-family home at 200 Parkville Avenue near Ocean Parkway, according to YIMBY.

The residence would stand 80 feet tall and measure nearly 10,000 square feet, as well as feature five parking spaces in the basement, pending zoning approval.

The current two-story house on the property would have to be demolished before construction could begin.
