Second Suspect Charged In Clinton Hill Double Sexual Assault

A second man has been arrested in connection with one of two sexual assaults that occurred in Clinton Hill late last month, according to the NYPD. 21-year-old Daquan Jackson of Red Hook has been charged with a criminal sex act following the August 31 attacks, during which the same woman was victimized twice in the span of one hour.

Jackson is reportedly the man caught on surveillance tape around the time of the second attack, which took place at approximately 6am. The first attack, for which 17-year-old Nicholas Isaac was arrested, is said to have taken place around 5am.

In both cases, the suspects allegedly pushed the victim to the ground and assaulted her while threatening her with a gun, although neither displayed a firearm. Police have not yet determined conclusively whether the attacks were related.
