Scenes From FIDO's Annual Pupnic In Prospect Park

We had a blast last Friday at FIDO’s Annual Pupnic, judging contests, chatting with dog lovers from around Brooklyn, hanging with folks from Sean Casey Animal Rescue, and meeting our long-lost twins.

The event started off rainy, but ended up being beautiful (Ciao Bella, above, didn’t get the memo). We judged contests like Biggest Paw, Most Biscuits Caught, and Funniest Dog Trick, and FIDO’s Betty Dowling even let us borrow her dogs to try our luck in the Lookalike contest.

Mary and Linus won first place, as did Chocolate Chip and I!

The dogs couldn’t keep away from area photographer Randi Lass.

Everyone got their fill, but a few waggy-tailed attendees wanted more.
