Santa Claus Is Coming To Town!

Not only can Santa deliver presents all over the world in one night, but he manages to make guest appearances around the city as well. And if you still want to meet the big guy, but don’t want to wait in line at Macy’s, take a breather and let the kids visit with jolly old Saint Nick right here in Park Slope:

Saturday, December 14, 2-4pm: Join Santa and his elves on a trolley ride that starts at Burrito Bar (307 Flatbush Ave at Prospect Place). The North Flatbush BID notes kids can get their photos taken with him, he’ll have a gift for them, plus there will be free candy canes and facepainting.

Saturday, December 14, 3:30-5pm: Santa will set up residence at Has Beans (620 5th Avenue, between 17th and 18th Streets) to greet good little girls and boys, thanks to the 5th Avenue BID.

Saturday, December 21, 12-6pm: The free Downtown Brooklyn Holiday Trolley will whisk families around to six different spots, with a stop in our area at Flatbush Ave and 4th Ave, with Santa along for the ride.

Saturday, December 21, 3:30-5pm: Just before he heads back to the North Pole, Santa will stop by Du Jour Bakery (365 5th Avenue, between 5th and 6th Streets) for those last minute holiday wishes, again, thanks to the 5th Avenue BID.

While you’re out, be sure to take advantage of all our neighborhood stores and restaurants. There’s a little something for everyone!
