The election results are in for the primary elections which took place on Tuesday, September 13. The next time to vote will be the November 8 general elections.

Democratic Party Democratic primary candidates (100% of the precincts reporting)
Winner: Pamela Harris (incumbent), 64 percent (3.091 votes)
Katie Cucco, 36 percent (1,740 votes)
State Senate District 19 (Much of Sheepshead Bay)
Democratic Party Democratic primary candidates (100% of the precincts reporting)
Winner: Roxanne Persaud (incumbent), 76 percent (9,986 votes)
Mercedes Narcisse, 25 percent (3,160 votes)
Civil Court Judge, Kings County — Democratic Party (99.7% of the precincts reporting)
Winner: Odessa Kennedy, 51.9% (34,361 votes)
Consuelo M. Melendez, 48.1% (31,807)
