Register For Winter Shares In Local CSAs

Wondering where to get affordable fresh veggies this winter? Sign up for one of our local CSAs!

Ditmas Park CSA
Registration Deadline: October 18
Length: Six weeks. Pickups are Tuesdays (October 29-December 3) from 4:30-8pm.
Cost: $240. Payment to be made by check.
Share types: This is a special extension by Jorge Carmona of Amantai Farm (a Cortelyou Greenmarket vendor), so only full shares are available. If enough people sign up to make the extension possible, you can expect a huge range of produce (see the DPCSA site), plus a dozen eggs and one jarred item per week. They’ll also be offering items from Lewis Waite Farms and Milk Not Jails. Sign up here.
Volunteer Commitment: Two hours per season on pickup days (4-6pm or 6-8pm).

Flatbush Farm Share
Registration Deadline: October 18
Length: Six weeks. Pickups are Saturdays (November 9-January 18) from 9:30-11:30am.
Cost: Sliding scale (check out table on FFS site). Payment to be made by check.
Share types: Full feeds three or four people, single feeds one or two. The Farm at Miller’s Crossing provides meat and maple syrup on request (cost extra), fresh, storage, and frozen vegetables, and salad and cooking greens (weather allowing).
Volunteer Commitment: Two hours per season on pickup days.
