Question of the Week: Greening Your Home

Since tomorrow’s Earth Day, it seems appropriate that we try to help a couple of neighbors who are looking for some green advice.

First up is Sarah, who asks:

We’re going to have to redo our roof soon, any ideas on greening our behemoth energy sucking house a bit in the process? Looking for tips, solar doesn’t seem to make good financial sense, perhaps there is something I am missing?

And Janice wonders:

Does anyone know of green house cleaning services in Ditmas Park? Looking for a one-time deep clean.
