Prospect Park Carousel Opens

Bring in spring with a ride on the Prospect Park Carousel.

The Prospect Park Carousel holds a dear spot in my heart. When family visits, we stroll through Prospect Park to picnic at the carousel. This is the highlight of their trip. Yes, better than the Statue of Liberty; better than Times Square. The carousel is affordable, relaxing, and fun.

The carousel opens this Saturday, March 23, and will remain open all next week for spring break. Stop by anytime between 12noon to 5pm. The remainder of the school year and through the summer the carousel will be open Thursdays through Sundays and on holidays.

Tickets are $2 per ride or $9 for a book of 5. For a $100 Prospect Park Alliance membership, carousel rides are free for you and your family of 4.
