Police Say This Middle-Aged Man Punched A Random Woman In The Head On The A Train
This man is wanted for punching a random women on the Manhattan-bound A train as it sat at the Jay Street station a few days before Thanksgiving, and now police are hoping that someone will recognize him so he can be stopped before hurting someone else.
It was just after 6pm rush hour on Monday, November 23 when the 29-year-old woman was suddenly punched in the head with a closed fist by the suspect, who then fled off the train in an unknown direction.
The woman had pain and swelling to her head, but refused medical attention at the scene.
The suspect is described a black man in his 50s, standing around 5-feet-11-inches tall, weighing 230 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, close-cut hair, and three layers of clothing: brown jacket, gray hoodie, black shirt. He was also wearing blue jeans and black sneakers.
