Police On Lookout For Man They Say Stole Woman’s Necklace On The F Train
After police said a man stole a woman’s necklace on an F train that was arriving at the Prospect Expressway and Fort Hamilton Parkway subway stop on Aug. 4, the NYPD is asking for the public’s help to find the suspect.
The robbery, which took place in the 72nd Precinct, occurred at about 1:25pm, when police said the suspect grabbed the 26-year-old female victim by the head and forcibly removed the chain from her neck. The suspect then fled the station, according to the NYPD.
Police described the suspect as a black male who stands at approximately 5-feet-9-inches, weighs about 180 pounds, and was wearing a blue shirt, khaki pants, and black sneakers.
