Pizza, Sandwiches And Salads At Bistro Fare, Now Open In Brighton Beach
Bistro Fare, a new American-style eatery, opened this week at 601 Brighton Beach Avenue, at Brighton 6th Street.
The Brighton bistro slings pizza pies from a stone oven imported from Italy, as well as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies and a variety of other munchies.
The business opened over the weekend, according to owner Eugene Shuvoich.
“It’s a very gourmet place and everybody who walks in just find the place very unique in Brighton,” Shuvoich explains.
Shuvoich, who has a background in wholesaling and supermarket distribution, also recently opened King Meat Distribution at 2872 Coney Island Avenue. Both were in construction at the same time, and King Meat opened about two weeks ago, he said.
A grand opening for Bistro Fare is still in the works.
Best of luck to Shuvoich, Bistro Fare and King Meat! We look forward to trying out the new grub.
