Photos From The Weekend: Special Park Slope January 2016 Blizzard Edition

We’re not using hyperbole when we say this blizzard is one for the record books — for New York City and beyond.

We’ll let the statisticians quibble about the exact amount of snow that fell. Based on those wind gusts, it’s pretty hard to tell.

Neighbors had their own special ways of commuting on the empty streets…and so did the ladybugs.

The photographers often became the photographed as they ventured throughout the brownstones.

The blizzard bummed a few of us out.

But it thrilled others, who had no problem taking the plunge.

It’s true, the cars are going to definitely need some work.

But when all is said and done, that Sunday night sunset was easy on the eyes.

So take some time to celebrate, Slope. However you wish. We’ll be talking about this one for a long time…
