Neighbor Matt Kaplan shares this photo of some wise words that recently went up on the pretty unique construction fencing that appeared recently in front of 367 5th Avenue. The apartment building is being completely rehabilitated, and when it’s done, it will generate 100% of its own energy. Until then, be sure to peek at the message on the other side, as well.
