Park Slope Open House Picks

Looking for a new place to call home? From a 3-family brownstone to a few condos along 4th Avenue with some similar, and some different, attributes, we’ve rounded up a few places for sale that are hosting open houses this weekend and have broken down the offerings below. What do you think?

375 5th Street
Open House: Sunday, August 10, 2-4pm
List Price: $1,800,000, via Brown Harris Stevens
Details: Seems like a nice price for this 3-story, 3-family, 3,300-square-foot brownstone…so what’s the catch? They’re looking for an all-cash offer. If you’ve got that, you could enjoy apartments on the first two floors, which can be delivered vacant (though there’s note of a tenant on the top floor), and each floor has a three-bedroom apartment.

302 2nd Street, #12J
Open House: Sunday, August 10, 1:30-3pm
List Price: $935,000, common charges $618, via Halstead
Details: You’ve got some pretty great views from both (!) of the balconies in this 2-bed, 2-bath condo on the corner of 4th Avenue — where maybe the sound of traffic isn’t as soothing as the scenery. The building was completed in 2008, so there’s central AC, bamboo floors, and a washer/dryer in the unit, and amenities include a virtual doorman, common patio, fitness center, and on-site valet parking for an additional charge.

560 Carroll Street, #8D
Open House: Sunday, August 10, 2:30-3:30pm
List Price: $750,000, common charges $365, via Corcoran
Details: Another one of the new condos on a corner of 4th Ave (this one opened just two years ago), this apartment (pictured above) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a washer/dryer hook-up and central AC. Unlike the listing above, this space doesn’t have any private outdoor areas, but there is a shared roof deck.

343 4th Avenue, #10E
Open House: Sunday, August 10, 12-2pm
List Price: $639,000, common charges $520, via DSA Realty
Details: And one more new 4th Avenue condo to consider. This one was built in 2007, has a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, playroom, and a lounge with free WiFi, and the apartment itself is a 762-square-foot 1-bed, 1-bath space with a washer/dryer in the unit. Plus, you’re just around the corner from JJ Byrne and The Old Stone House.
