Outdoor Art Exhibits In Park Slope On Saturday (Sept. 16)

PARK SLOPE – Saturday is going to be a great day to check out art in the neighborhood created by local artists.

After checking out an exhibit celebrating Mexican Independence Day and Frida Kahlo by artists Gabriel Rivera and Uta Brauser at 539 9th Street (between 8th Avenue and Prospect Park West), be sure to head one block south to the 10th Street Block Party and Art Exhibit (10th Street between 8th Avenue and Prospect Park West).

Local artists will showcase their work at this annual event, including Nancy Rodrigo who will be displaying her recent drawings and biomorphic paintings. Visit her at 683 10th Street where she’ll be hosting an outdoor exhibit on the driveway from 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
