Oh, Sh*t. Gothamist Explores Dog Poop and Noise Complaints

Yesterday, we brought you WNYC’s top ten lists of neighborhood dog names. Today, we bring you Gothamist’s pooch poop report.

That’s right, ladies and gents, Gothamist has a snazzy interactive map that shows, neighborhood by neighborhood, who’s complaining to 311 about the local pups. For zip code 11215, Slopers called in about 288 noise, and 60 poop related complaints. Zip code 11232 was significantly quieter, with 78 noise, and 34 waste complaints.

What’s the story? Are Lola and Princess over by Green-Wood just more laid back than Charlie and Bella, or does 11215 just like to complain more?
