NYPD Looking For Oscar Rubio

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating 11 year-old Oscar Rubio, who was last seen at 7:44am on Thursday, May 16, leaving his home on Nostrand Avenue near Farragut Rd.

Oscar has brown eyes and brown hair, and is described as 5’6″ tall and 120 pounds. He was last seen wearing a purple plaid button down shirt, black pants, a black vest, purple and grey Nike sneakers, and carrying a black North Face backpack.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting your tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577.
