NYPD Asks Public To Help Track Down Suspect Who Stole 69-Year-Old Man’s Phone At 18th Avenue Subway Station

After police said a man allegedly snatched a 69-year-old victim’s phone while aboard the F train at the 18th Avenue subway station on April 17, the NYPD have yet to nab the suspect and issued another request last night for the public’s help in tracking down the perp.

According to police, the man allegedly snagged the phone from the 69-year-old male victim at about 4:30pm on Friday, April 17 while aboard the F train and fled.

Police described the suspect as a black or Hispanic man who is 6-feet-2-inches tall, weighs between 160 and 200 pounds, and was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt, black sneakers, and a black bandana on his head.
