Come out for two hours of free ice skating at Abe Stark Skating Rink (1902 West 19th Street) on Tuesday, December 29, and Wednesday, December 30, both days at 9:30am.

Hang out with local elected officials, and enjoy hot chocolate and cookies, courtesy of the 60th Precinct Community Council.
