New House Going Up On Stratford Road

A new house is going up at 400 Stratford Road between Cortelyou and Dorchester roads. The house is being built on a lot that has long been empty and used as a parking lot.

Construction has been speeding along so far, though the poster says it shouldn’t be done until Spring of 2016.

We don’t see a lot of newly constructed houses in this particular section of the neighborhood. What do you think of the design?
