More Signs of Spring

If you haven’t been outside yet this afternoon, do whatever you can to get out there and enjoy the beautiful weather! It feels quite a bit like spring, and it’s even starting to look a little bit more like it. Local green thumb Tracey Hohman spotted winter aconite, a member of the buttercup family, blooming in her garden today.

From a quick survey of the neighborhood, it looks like we’re not so far away from more daffodils, and even tulips, at some point soon. And yes, there’s still snow on the ground, and possibly a little more to come this weekend.

If you spot any other flowers beginning to bloom, or any other signs that winter’s over, send them our way at editor@ditmasparkcorner.com and we’ll post them on the blog.
