Man Steals $2000 Stroller in Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG – Police are on the lookout for the man who stole an expensive stroller out of the foyer of a Williamsburg apartment building last month.

On Sunday, October 15, the 22-year old victim became aware that their 2-seat baby carriage was missing from the front hall of their building at 146 Middleton Street, said police. Upon investigation, police were able to determine that the stroller was stolen around 12:30 am on Friday, October 13.

An unidentified man was seen removing the stroller from the front of the building and loading it into an SUV before driving away in an unknown direction, said police.

The suspect is described by as an Asian man in his 20s, last seen wearing a two tone jacket, dark pants and sneakers. Surveillance video of the burglary can be seen below:
