A man was pinned to the subway tracks after being struck Wednesday night by a southbound traveling B train at the Kings Highway station, the FDNY says.

Emergency workers used special equipment to elevate the train and pull the man to safety, according to the fire department. He was sent to Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan to be treated for trauma, though the FDNY said he was “not likely to die” from his injuries.

The FDNY could not provide information about whether the man was standing on the platform or was already on the tracks when he was struck. They also did not have information about his age.

Resident Mike Wright posted this video on Facebook of emergency workers at the scene.
