Man Found Dead At Ocean Avenue Apartment Building This AM

The 70th Precinct is investigating the death of 44-year-old Vladimir Galuzevskiy this morning inside an apartment building at 1400 Ocean Ave. near Ave. I. Police responded to a 911 call at about 1:38am that Mr. Galuzevskiy was unconscious inside the building, and EMS pronounced him DOA at the scene. His cause of death is being investigated.
