Man Arrested for Tuesday Morning Murder
Police say they’ve arrested 21-year-old Justin Sarkodie for the murder of 28-year-old Farrell Nestor this past Tuesday morning inside 490 East 23rd Street.
The NYPD says that he’s been charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a firearm.
Apparently the two men “had gotten into a dispute at a nearby deli which spilled over into the hallway of the East 23rd Street building,” police told DNAinfo.
Last year, Sarkodie was arrested after trashing the F1 Lounge on Flatbush Ave at Newkirk and assaulting its owner.
