Lucky 7 Gourmet Deli Opens On 4th Avenue

Lucky 7 Gourmet Deli is officially open on 4th Avenue and 11th Street.

The deli is mostly made up of its food counter, selling things like bagels, sandwiches, donuts, and salads. There is also a small selection of grocery items and cold drinks.

That said, Lucky 7 is awfully similar to the two existing delis on the other side of 4th Avenue (though 4th Avenue Beer House still reigns as the block’s go-to spot for gourmet brews), so it will be interesting to see how the new business fares.

Directly across the street, demolition crews are making fast work of the homes being destroyed in the name of high rise condos. Who knows? If the new building includes commercial space, we could end up with a deli on every corner.
