Local Businesses Closed For Summer Vacations

Some businesses in Ditmas Park close up for a bit to enjoy a well-deserved break. We noticed a couple that will be closed in the next few weeks:

• Vincent’s Barber Shop (1505 Cortelyou Road) will be closed from Sunday, August 18 through Monday, August 26, and will reopen on Tuesday, August 27 — so get over there soon if you need a cut before the end of the month!

• Midwood Martial Arts (1302 Avenue H) We will be closed for vacation and maintenance from Friday, August 23 through Friday, September 6, and will reopen on Saturday, September 7 with their regular fall schedule.
