Ever wanted to learn to paint or draw, but never had a chance to take an art class? Now you can, with the added benefit of drinks!

Private Picassos, a mobile art studio that has recently opened up a full time shop in Park Slope, is offering a series of twice monthly Art Workshops for adults at Sycamore Bar starting Saturday.

Private Picassos founder Valeen Bhat says that the classes will focus on a short amount of instruction and demonstration, followed by ample time for students to explore the materials and techniques on their own.

“Most adults haven’t done art since they were kids,” says Valeen. “We want to help them tap into their creativity, get people to use a part of their brain you don’t normally use.”

There will also be drink specials to get the creative juices flowing.
