Learn The Basics At Flatbush Mutual Aid's "No Sweat Sewing Workshop" Tomorrow

Flatbush Mutual Aid will be holding an all-level sewing workshop tomorrow at the Flatbush Reformed Church (890 Flatbush Ave. on the corner of Church) basement gym from 1:30-4pm. A neighbor from the organization says:

It’s an all-ages, all abilities sewing workshop — hand-sewing and machine. We hope this will be on-going; it’s free (donations gladly accepted). Location is the basement of the Flatbush Reformed Church at Church Ave and Flatbush Avenue, in the basement gym of the Church House. Easiest access is via Kenmore Place, off of E 21st — enter via the driveway at the end of the street. Bike parking welcome. The location is not wheelchair accessible. Kids/teens/elders are welcome, under 12 with accompanying person.

Bring a garment or two that need to be updated or re-purposed and we will help with ideas and instructions.
