July Events at the Cortelyou Library

Coming up at the Cortelyou Library in July, families can enjoy Babies and Books on Tuesdays and Toddler Time on Wednesdays every week this month, and the Ready, Set, Kindergarten program continues on Saturdays.

Since school will be out, there’s a lot for kids. Except for the first week of the month, they can try out Arts and Crafts on Tuesdays at 4pm, Board Games on Thursdays at 3pm, and check out a different movieeach Friday at 2pm.

There’s also a special tween book club for kids ages 10-14 on Monday, July 16, where they’ll be discussing James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl. Plan ahead for the August 13 book club, which will be about Coraline by Neil Gaiman.
