Join Finger Lakes Distilling For A Spirits Dinner At The Farm On Adderley

On Tuesday, November 12, The Farm on Adderley (1108 Cortelyou Road between Stratford and Westminster Roads) will be hosting a special five-course dinner along with Brian McKenzie of Finger Lakes Distilling, centered around the Upstate distillery’s concoctions.

Finger Lakes Distilling gets their barley, corn, rye, fruit, and more from other small farms right around their home in Seneca, NY, and they even have an on-site vineyard, making for truly standout spirits. Brian, who has played a part in legislature that encourages the growth of Upstate NY farms, will explain to attendees the practical considerations of his work at the 7:30pm dinner.

“We’ll delve into what it means to operate a small farm-dependent business Upstate and what the scope of the agricultural infrastructure looks like up there,” says Stephen of The Farm, who adds they’ll likely be serving McKenzie Reserve Dry Gin with spiced cider and mead. If that sounds like a good start to you, check out more info here and reserve your tickets ($80 excluding tax and gratuity) by emailing thefarmonadderleyevents@gmail.com.
