H&R Block Space On Coney Island Avenue Is For Rent

The space of the seasonal H&R Block office at 771 Coney Island Ave, near Cortelyou Road, had a “for rent” sign on the gate earlier this week. The location isn’t listed on the H&R Block site anymore, so it looks like we’ve lost another one, after the office on Newkirk Plaza closed following the 2012 tax prep season. The last remaining H&R Block in the area is on Flatbush Ave near the Junction.

The for rent sign seems to have come down, but it was just taped to the gate and may have come down in the rain. If you’re interested in renting the space, keep an eye out for the sign reappearing, and if anyone knows how to contact the landlord, let us know in the comments.
