Sous Chef
ICI (246 Dekalb Avenue at Vanderbilt Avenue) is looking for a farm-to-table sous chef with at least three years experience to join their team. The duties will involve menu planning, executing menu items, managing kitchen staff, placing supply orders and overseeing inventory. The successful candidate will be experienced in local and seasonal food and possess strong initiative and focus, a desire to learn and a humble disposition.

Lead Line Cook
Putnam’s Pub & Cooker (419 Myrtle Avenue at Clinton Avenue) is accepting applications for lead line cooks. Candidates should be clean, hard-working, well-organized and conscientious and have three years of seasoning as a lead or line cook and/or have a culinary education or be a recent culinary school graduate. Applicants should have experience with all kitchen stations, including prep, salad, grill, saute, fry and fish and be available to work all shifts, from brunch and lunch to late nights.

Barista
Coffee 11238 (995 Fulton Street between St. James Place and Cambridge Place) has an immediate opening for a “barista superstar with a passion for coffee.” The successful candidate must have a New York City food handler’s certificate as well as at least a year’s experience and be available to work 35 hours a week and weekends.

Bussers/Food Runner
Lola (387 Myrtle Avenue between Clermont and Vanderbilt Avenues) is looking for bussers/food runners to join their staff. Though no experience is required, a willingness to listen and learn is essential. Among the perks: a flexible schedule and terrific work environment as well as tips and shift pay.

Personal Trainer
Crunch Fort Greene (691 Fulton Street between St. Felix Street and Ashland Place) has openings for certified personal trainers. And there’s a signing bonus as well as health/dental/vision coverage.
