Updated: Noel ‘Bibby’ Charles Found Safe

After spotting missing signs for Noel “Bibby” Charles in the Church Avenue subway station over the weekend, we’ve learned that the NYPD has reported him found and safe.

We’re happy to hear Noel is back with his family.
