Grand Street Bridge Closure Extended For Another Week

NORTH BROOKLYN – The NYC DOT has announced that the Grand Street Bridge closure has been extended, blocking it to all vehicle, bike and pedestrian traffic until Monday, November 20.

The DOT closed the bridge on November 9, citing a need for “urgent repairs.” The original closure was scheduled to end Monday, November 13, but has now been extended by a week.

For an alternate route, drivers are advised to used Metropolitan Avenue.
