It’s not much, but we’ll take it: There’s a “coming soon” sign up on the future Key Food on Prospect Avenue in Windsor Terrace!

While the Key Food on Prospect Avenue at 11th Avenue had been expected to open in early October, a Walgreens spokeswoman recently told DNAinfo that the grocery store could open in January 2015 – but even that doesn’t appear certain and the representative wouldn’t respond to questions about what was causing the delay.

So any little indications that things are moving along seem like good signs to us — even if the space is still just a shell.
