Police say they are searching for two individuals who recently defaced a mural at Gear to Go Outfitters (159 7th Avenue at Garfield Place), a local shop which specializes in outdoor and adventure travel.

The event took place at approximately 12:24am on Saturday, July 30, according to a police spokesperson. The two individuals were caught on the store’s security camera, and extremely clear footage is available (see above).

“I recognize these two as local kids,” says store owner Kevin Rosenberg, who says the suspects on film have been seen outside of the store multiple times.

“We’re offering a reward in the form of a $200 gift card for tips and info leading to an arrest and conviction,” Rosenberg wrote via email.
