Free Summer Meals Begin Today And Here’s Where Your Kids Can Get Them
Beginning today and running through August 21 (unless otherwise noted), free summer meals — breakfast and lunch — are back for another season of keeping all New York City kids healthy and happy, regardless of income, even when there is no school in session, and even if their parents are away at work during the day.
All children aged 18 and under are eligible, no registration, documentation, or ID required.
Participating sites include dozens of community pool centers, schools, libraries, parks, public housing buildings, beaches, and other community gathering spaces.
Local locations are as follows:
PARK SLOPE
- Douglas and Degraw Pool at 230 Douglas Street
Breakfast from 8:30am to 9:30am (Monday-Friday)
Lunch from 11:30am to 3pm (Every day, including weekends)
Until September 4 - Wyckoff Houses at 572 Warren Street
Breakfast from 9am to 10am (Monday-Friday)
Lunch from 12pm to 1pm (Monday-Friday)
Starting July 7 - Magnet School of Math, Science and Design Technology, 511 7th Avenue
Breakfast from 8am to 9:15am (Monday-Friday)
Lunch from 11am to 1:15pm (Monday-Friday)
