“FEM: You are too Loud” Performance

What: Catch artists Grace McLean, Franklin Barefoot, Morgan Greene, and Sarah DeLappe for this event that includes, according to the venue, “talking olives,” “flying skirts,” and perhaps most importantly, “medieval feminist rockstars.”

Fun at BPL for Babies & Toddlers
When: Tuesday, November 25, 11am-12pm; 2pm-3pm
Where: Walt Whitman Library (93 St Edwards Street at Auburn Place)
What: Bring kids 18-36 months to the Brooklyn Public Library’s 11am social storytelling event, designed to imbue a lifetime’s love of literature. For kids 0-18 months, stop by for the 2pm event.

“Meet the Brewers” Night & Bourbon Tasting/Raffle
When: Wednesday, November 26, 6pm
Where: Hops Hill (886 Fulton Street between Waverly and Washington Avenues)
What: Secret Engine Brewing will be on hand to discuss their unique beers, and Bed Stuy’s J.W. Overbey & Co will offer tastings of their small batch bourbon before bottles are raffled off to two lucky neighbors.
