Passover is hardly a holiday known for its variety of food options. Since leavened bread is off limits, Jews who observe the eight-day holiday are forced to make due with brisket, loads of potatoes, and various creative matzoh concoctions, which all taste, well, like matzoh. Well, all that’s about to change.

For the first year ever, Bay Ridge’s famous cupcake bakers Matt and Allison Robicelli will be adapting many of their classic desserts, sans the flour, in time for the Jewish holiday.
