First Bite From 4th Avenue’s Tin Cup

Looking to brighten up your Wednesday? Stop by Tin Cup Cafe (719 4th Avenue, between 23rd and 24th Street). We received a tip about this cozy little place, which opened its doors in December of 2012, last week and decided to check it out this morning.

We’re so glad we did.

The two Craigs (Craig and his son Craig Jr) welcomed us into the cafe like we were long lost friends. We ended up taking away a freshly squeezed orange juice and a blueberry muffin (which was so incredibly moist that we’re already considering going back for another tomorrow) for $5.40.

The cafe is quiet, has an impressive selection of coffees, pastries and sandwiches, and offers free wi-fi. Definitely a welcome addition to 4th Ave.
