Spend some time this weekend combing through the neighborhood’s “trash.”

Once again, the East Fourth Street Community Garden is holding its biannual Flea Market on Saturday, April 25, from 9am to 2pm; and Sunday, April 26, from 10am to 3pm. A special table will feature dollar bargains. The garden is located on E. 4th Street between Fort Hamilton Parkway and Caton Avenue.

As a non-profit, the garden is always in need of your green to keep its projects well watered, allowing it to purchase tools, garden supplies, hardware, seeds, and other necessities to harvest a bountiful crop.
Spring is the perfect time to visit.  Until October the garden is open to the public:

  • Wednesdays: 4pm–6pm
  • Saturdays: 9am–1pm
  • Sundays: 10am–2pm
  • Whenever the garden gate is open!
