Below you’ll find weekend Sheepshead Bay subway service changes for the B, Q, and F lines in Brooklyn. Check back Monday to see what’s happening next week. Changes via MTA.info.

B Line

145 St-bound B trains run local from Kings Hwy to Prospect Park
Days, 9:45am-3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays through March 12; 9:45am-2pm on Fridays through March 13

Please allow additional travel time.

F Line

F trains run every 20 minutes between Avenue X and Stillwell Av
Days, 11am-3pm, Wednesdays to Fridays through February 27

F service operates in two sections:
1. Between 179 St and Avenue X
2. Between Avenue X and Stillwell Av

Transfer at Avenue X to continue your trip. More info here.

F trains from Manhattan skip Avenue U
Days, 10:45am-3pm, Wednesdays to Fridays through February 27

For service to this station, take the F to Avenue X where it will become a Jamaica-bound F. For service from this station, take the F to Kings Hwy and transfer to an Avenue X-bound F.

You can also take the B3 bus via Avenue U to the Avenue U “Q” station where Coney Island-bound service is available.

Coney Island-bound F trains run express from Smith-9 Sts to Avenue X
Weekend, 11:45pm on Friday, February 20 to 8pm on Sunday, February 22

No Coney Island-bound F service at 4 Av-9 St, 15 St-Prospect Park, Fort Hamilton Pkwy, Ditmas Av, Avenue I, Bay Pkwy, Avenue N, Avenue P and Avenue U.

For 4 Av-9 St, 15 St-Prospect Park and Fort Hamilton Pkwy, take the G instead. Transfer between trains at Smith-9 Sts, 7 Av or Church Av.

For service to Ditmas Av, Avenue I, Bay Pkwy, Avenue N, Avenue P and Avenue U, take the F to 18 Av, Kings Hwy or Avenue X and transfer to a Jamaica-bound F. For service from these stations, take the F to Kings Hwy, 18 Av or Church Av and transfer to a Coney Island-bound F.

Q Line

Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Kings Hwy
Days, 9:45am-3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays through March 12; 9:45am-2pm on Fridays through March 13

Trains stop at Church Av and Newkirk Plaza.

For service to Parkside Av, Beverley, Cortelyou Rds, Avenue H, Avenue J and Avenue M, take the Q to Church Av, Newkirk Plaza or Kings Hwy and transfer to a Manhattan-bound B or Q.

For service from these stations, take the B or Q to Newkirk Plaza, Church Av or Prospect Park and transfer to a Coney Island-bound Q.

Coney Island-bound Q trains run express from Prospect Park to Kings Hwy
Weekend, 11:15pm on Friday, February 20 to 5am on Monday, February 23

Trains stop at Church Av and Newkirk Plaza.

For service to Parkside Av, Beverley, Cortelyou Rds, Avenue H, Avenue J and Avenue M, take the Q to Church Av, Newkirk Plaza or Kings Hwy and transfer to a 57 St/7 Av-bound Q. For service from these stations, take the Q to Newkirk Plaza, Church Av or Prospect Park and transfer to a Coney Island-bound Q.
