El Paso Burrito Grill May Open As Early As Next Week On Newkirk Avenue

Have you noticed the hubbub recently around 1610 Newkirk Avenue? The former Adelynn’s space has been undergoing work the past few weeks, and it turns out a burrito grill called El Paso is on its way in.

Amberala caught some work being done on the restaurant the other night, while neighbor Ian is keeping his fingers crossed El Paso fares a bit better than its predecessor.

The restaurant’s owner says she hopes to have the restaurant open as early as next week, but it will come down to permits and inspection–so we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled. We’re looking forward to seeing what this “Mexican American culinary fusion” is all about!
