Don’t Forget, Bookworms: Sunday Is The First Installment Of Lit At Lark
There’s a lot to do in Brooklyn this weekend! You could attend the Flatbush Frolic on Sunday, go to the Unity Showcase Festival, cuddle with kittens, or dig at a church flea market on 18th Avenue–but if you can fit it into your busy schedule, try and attend the first Lit at Lark.
The event, hosted by neighbor/novelist Amy Shearn and featuring Darin Strauss, Leigh Newman, and Fiona Maazel will be held Sunday, September 15 at 5pm at Lark (1007 Church Avenue between E 10th Street and Stratford Road).
If you don’t know Amy Shearn yet, you can get to know her here–then go, order a latte or glass of wine, and enjoy a reading from some of the talented folks next door.
