Donate Blood This Weekend

Want to help save a life this weekend? Here’s an easy way: donate blood at a couple of locations in our area through the New York Blood Center.

Donors must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with appropriate written permission from their parent or legal guardian (form is available here) and weigh 110 pounds and be in good health. Donors age 16-18 are also subject to additional height/weight restrictions. People over 75 may donate with a doctor’s note.
