There’s also in-building laundry, cats are allowed, and you’ll have easy access to main drag food, shopping, and transportation. Nice!

Details: We might have spent some more time getting ready this morning if we thought we’d run into this good of a looker! Pricey but Nice(y) Dorchester Three/Two

Details: Unfortunately, not all places near our neighborhood’s best-known commercial strip (or at least, the one most frequently touted by realtors) can cost such a reasonable amount. This place on Dorchester and E 19th Street is gorgeous and even has enough counter space for a human being, as well as a second bathroom, a balcony, and private parking (for an extra fee), but it will all come at a Park Slope-esque price. Is it worth it, or is it still a little early for $1,200 per bedroom in a shared place here?
