Good morning, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill.

It might have been snowing when you woke up today, but temperatures will be on the rise by the end of the week, according to the National Weather Service. That means we’ll get some snow melt, but watch out for the soft muddy ground if you make it out to a park.

Here’s more news to start your day:

  • Multiple snowstorms this winter have delayed work at Atlantic Yards, according to the Atlantic Yards Report. The work – backfilling excavated earth around the modular tower known as B2 – is suspended until warmer temperatures prevail in March, while delivery of B2’s modular parts should continue if weather permits.
  • Don’t let the snowy weather keep you inside. Instead, meet your neighbors and test your trivia knowledge tonight at Lola BKLYN. The pub offers a different mix of topical trivia each week, which is announced on its Facebook page. Head to 387 Myrtle Avenue between 8 and 11 p.m. to win a bar tab for you and your team.
  • If trivia isn’t your thing, make your way to the 88th Precinct Community Council’s monthly meeting from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight. The meeting, meant as a time to foster discourse with police and for the community to learn about neighborhood crime, happens at Brown Memorial Baptist Church, located at 484 Washington Avenue.
