Dale Talde Named Best New Chef in NY by Food and Wine

That’s right, ladies and gents, Food and Wine announced today that our own Dale Talde has been named Best New Chef in the New York area. Ten regional winners were selected from across the country, with the top prize, Best New Chef in America, going to Brendan McGill from the Northwest and Pacific region.
